Motion Dynamics, a dance and aerobics business located in Northern California, was created by myself, Judy Gamet, B.S. Dance Education, in 1989.

As a dance teacher since the age of 13, and a dog lover throughout my life, I was thrilled with the challenge of combining my two passions. When losing weight and strengthening the body of my own dog became a critical life saving dilema, I turned to dance as the means to achieve a healthier, more fit, flexible canine companion.

Daily exercise is important both physically and psychologically to a dog, and whether you are snowed in, rained out, or shut in, I wanted to provide you with a program that can be done just as easily in a basement in the middle of winter as in a sunny park in California.
